Moon and I are looking for a couple of dragonriders, preferably riders of Blues and Greens to fully form a Search and Rescue Wing. They must be already existing characters.

R'ial is part of the PMR, and so can not be part of the Search and Rescue Wing.
Also, S'tar's dragon is deceased. He died during the dragon plague.
