Computers can be found at all of the major Holds, Halls, and at the Weyrs. However, small, isolated cotholds do not have much access to computers. There is a limited version of the internet. Easy communication is still best handled by Runners, flits, and dragons. Computers are used for educational tools, and for record keeping.
Electric lighting exists everywhere. It is generated by solar panels and by hydroelectricity.
Elevators only exist on Dragonhold Station. Weyrs and major Holds might have escalators available to them.
