Flit Flights

For the time being, due to the high number of flits in game, and the low writer population, the administration is requesting that flit flights be restricted. We are not saying that they won't happen. Just get prior permission to write a flit flight. Moon and I would like to see plots in place where flights are concerned, besides just having a flight occur.
